01What does a KINSMITH AI system actually cost?

One-time builds run $5,000 to $12,000, depending on scope. Out Of Your Head is $5,000 — job tracking, lead follow-up, quoting, and pricing logic. Your Phone Is The Office is $8,000 and adds a Telegram bot for quoting and logging leads from the truck. Own It, Don't Be It is $12,000 and adds a first-hire training system plus 90 days of support. An optional $500/month retainer keeps things tuned after delivery. No hidden fees — third-party costs like AI usage run on your own accounts, no markup, and I tell you the real number before anything gets turned on.

02How long does it take to build?

Two to three weeks for most builds. Out Of Your Head is delivered in two weeks; Your Phone Is The Office and Own It, Don't Be It in three. It runs on a simple rhythm: one kickoff session to map how you work, a couple weeks of me building while you run your business, then a handoff where I train you and hand over the keys. Own It, Don't Be It includes 90 days of support after that.

03Do I have to switch off Jobber, ServiceTitan, or my spreadsheets?

No. I build around the tools you already use, not on top of a platform you have to migrate to. If your jobs live in a spreadsheet, on a whiteboard, or in your head — that's fine, the kickoff handles it. You don't switch anything or learn a whole new system. That's the difference between a custom build and a platform: you keep working the way you already work.

04How is this different from ServiceTitan's or Jobber's AI?

The platforms sell you their system. I build yours. ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro bolt AI onto their own software and make you work their way — after you switch everything over and pay $400 or more every month, forever. I build around how you already run jobs, with the tools you already have, and when it's done, you own it. It's also a fit for owners who aren't ready for an enterprise CRM at all.

05What if I'm not technical?

That's exactly who this is for. My whole job is taking the complicated and making it plain. You get a live training session, a plain-English owner's guide, and a system designed to run in about an hour a day — no coding, no jargon. If you can text, you can run it.

06Who actually builds the system — you or a team?

Me, personally. No account manager, no offshore dev team, no handoff to someone you never met. The person who maps your business is the same person who builds it and trains you on it. That's the whole company, and it's on purpose — it's how the work stays honest and the system actually fits how you operate.

07What if it doesn't work?

I don't leave until it works. No refunds — instead, if the system isn't doing its job, I keep tuning, fixing, and retraining at no extra cost. Every build comes with a fix window: 30 days standard, 90 on Own It, Don't Be It. Anything in scope that doesn't work as described, I make right. I'd rather lose a project than a reputation in a town this size — which is also why I turn down about a third of the businesses that reach out. If a 20-minute fit check says the math doesn't work for you, I'll say so.

08Is my business data safe? Will AI train on it?

Your data stays yours. Accounts are set up in your name, on your systems, and I configure third-party AI services with the strongest available settings against your data being used to train models. I don't sell or share your information, and I don't reuse your customer lists, pricing, or financials. You own the delivered system and all your data outright on final payment. 09Can AI really be trusted to run my business?

AI is powerful and imperfect — so I build systems that show their work and keep you in control, not black boxes that decide for you. The system drafts quotes, messages, and summaries; you approve anything that matters before it reaches a customer. You stay the boss. The system just stops making you the bottleneck. I won't promise specific revenue numbers, but I'll stand behind the system doing what I said it would.

10What trades and businesses do you work with?

Owner-operators in the trades and local service businesses — contractors, HVAC, plumbing, pool service, landscaping, pressure washing, small manufacturing, and family-run operations. The common thread isn't the trade. It's an owner who's maxed out, losing time to quoting and follow-up, with too much of the business living in their own head.

11What areas do you serve?

Parrish, and owner-operators across Manatee and Sarasota County — Bradenton, Palmetto, Sarasota, Ellenton, and Lakewood Ranch. Most build and audit work happens over video and text, so being local isn't required. But this is my backyard, and that's the point.
