I'm Phil Smith, and KINSMITH LLC is a one-person company in Manatee County, Florida. Here's exactly what happens with your information when you use this site. No legal maze — this is the whole deal.
What I collect
- Forms you fill out. The Bottleneck Score, Client Intake, and any other form on this site collect what you type in: your name, email, phone, business info, and answers about your business. You choose what to share. The Bottleneck Score shows your result without requiring an email.
- Basic visit counts. I use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It counts page visits without cookies, without tracking you across sites, and without building a profile of you.
- That's it. No ad trackers, no social media pixels, no selling of anything to anyone.
How I use it
- To respond to you — that's the main one. If you send an intake or request your score action plan, I read it personally and reply personally.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
- If you become a client, your info moves into my client records, covered by the confidentiality terms in our service agreement.
What I never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
- Share your business details with anyone outside the services that make this site run.
Services that make this site run
Like nearly every website, this one is built on a few third-party services that process data on my behalf: Netlify (hosts the site and receives form submissions), GoatCounter (visit counts), Calendly (if you book a call), and Google Fonts (typefaces — your browser requests these from Google's servers). Each has its own privacy policy; none of them get anything from me beyond what's needed to do their job.
How long I keep it
Form submissions stay in my records so I can follow up and serve you. If you want your information deleted, email me and I'll remove it from my systems within 30 days.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits that matter.
